Our range of personal training options enables you to train in an environment and style to suit you, whether you feel more comfortable in a one-on-one situation, or as part of a larger group, where friends can support one another. The personal training packages I have put together will enable you to find something that works for you.

If your aim is to lose weight, build up your strength, work on stamina or simply to keep fit, I can put together a program tailored around you, to make use your strengths, work on any weak areas and help you achieve your ambitions.

So whether you are looking for circuit training, muscle and building, workouts, training for an event such as a marathon or triathlon, or general fitness, I offer a wide range of options, so there is sure to be something that suits you.

1-2-1

The star treatment. Professional, high quality one-to-one personal training session tailored exclusively for your individual needs to meet agreed training goals.

Training in Pairs

Train with a friend, partner or team mate. An excellent way of training. You will inspire each other towards your goals. Train together, achieve together, win together.

Wedding Bootcamp

Look your best on your big day. 12 sessions for Stag or Hen groups, or join them together to enjoy the proccess together. Who wears the gym kit in your relationship?!!

Small Group Training

Aimed at friends, who would like to work out together but find big classes uncomfortable and intimidating. You choose the members of your exclusive exercise group.

Outdoor Gym

Improve mobility, muscle strngth and endurance with a mix of outdoor gym equipment, resistance and CV exercises.

Monday: 2-3pm at Great Massingham Village Hall Playing Field.

Friends Group Training: Come
Train With Me

4+ friends. You choose the location, target area, format and exercise content of the workout. Then mark each other's workouts to find the winner.

Good Knackered

A mix of aerobic and resistance exercise to improve whole body strength, aerobic conditioning, balance, flexibility and co-ordination to help you lose weight, get fit, lower your risk of developing conditions such as diabetes and heart disease and to aid you in living a more active, healthy and longer life. Work at your own individual intensity in a friendly, like-minded group.

Tuesday: 1.10-1.40pm at National Construction College, Bircham Newton
Wednesday: 1.45-2.45pm at Great Massingham Village Hall
Friday: 12.30-1.30pm at Watlington Village Hall Playing Field

T.I.D.E.

Training In Different Environments, group workouts in our great outdoor spaces. Enjoy the fresh air, scenery and freedom of the local park, woodland and beaches.

Thursday: 1.10-1.40pm at National Construction College, Bircham Newton

Sports Club Training

Sports specific training for your team. Don’t just train, train to improve performance, help prevent injury and enjoy your sport.
